One of the best pour-overs I've drank in a Specialty Coffee shop so far. It was prepared on point and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy my cup in the shop, since the barist light an incent. This made it impossible to smell the coffee. No big deal, I just enjoyed it in the nearby park.
This cafe was a recommendation from so many people in my country. It was a must-have for my stay in Edinburgh and I am delighted by this visit. The staff there was super kind and helpful. The coffee that I had was tasty and my friends who are not as passionate about coffee as I am enjoyed it as well. Hope to see you soon again!
If there had been an option for 7 stars I would have used it! Definitely the best cup of specialty and artisan coffee in the whole Edinburgh. They use the best ingredients from quality coffee beans to the best type of Oat Milk available in the region! A hotspot for coffee to be soon! Do not miss it when you are around the area
I absolutely love this place. The staff are brilliant, the coffee is topnotch, and the vibe is perfect. It's a no laptop zone which can be a great excuse to bring a date or a book and enjoy the coffee more intently. Their beans rotate regularly, and the staff are very skilled. Definitely worth a visit if you are a coffee aficionado, probably not so if you like Costa/Starbucks vibes
I stumbled upon this place by chance during my walk to the Meadows. The service here goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a typical cafe. It’s been a long time since I’ve had my coffee served on a tray, accompanied by a glass of water and presented so beautifully. Highly recommended
Great setup by the team here. Nice looking shop with the products and vibes to match. Staff are nice and friendly, could sit here for hours but wont. Id want to let others enjoy the space too.
Been to Edinburgh a bunch of times. Always do a little coffee hunt and nothing had hit it right until I tried Beatnik. Downright one of the better coffees I've had in a while. Amazing tones and perfectly roasted. The small attention to details in serving were both thoughtful and showed how much heart and effort has been poured into it. Water to clean the palate before sipping the coffee is genius ! It's definitely gone one to my must visits for my next edinburgh trips!
I absolutely love this coffee shop in Edinburgh! It’s located near the Meadows, not far from the university, which gives it a great vibe. The selection of coffee is fantastic, and the espresso is always changing, keeping things exciting. It has a very hipster feel to it — cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to hang out or get some work done. Definitely one of my go-to spots!
